1. Overview
All MLR merchandise is shipped from the United States. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, costs, and delivery.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
4. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
- International: We do not currently ship internationally. This may change in the future.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be advertised on the site.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- Re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges
- If the package is unclaimed after 30 days, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Lost packages: Contact us if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or if there is no tracking update for 7+ business days. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
9. Race Event Pickup
For select merchandise, event pickup may be available at races where the MLR team is competing. This option will be noted at checkout when available. No shipping charges apply for event pickup orders.
