1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your MLR merchandise. If something isn’t right, this policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Item is not a final sale or clearance item (marked at time of purchase)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without original tags and packaging
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at dlaprade80@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2-3 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided instructions
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Do not ship returns without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm receipt and condition of the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
We process exchanges on a case-by-case basis (size swaps, color changes). Email us at dlaprade80@gmail.com with your order number and the exchange you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) at your choice
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns (change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect items: MLR covers return shipping
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your payment provider — processing times vary
- If you’ve done both and still don’t see the refund, email us at dlaprade80@gmail.com
